Sometimes we get smacked in the face by life events that suddenly cause our foundation to shift, create worry or unease or leave us feeling forced to reassess (I know..sounds familiar to most all of us, right?)

AND…sometimes it just all happens in the background as life seems to shift itself into cruise control and there’s a moment in the chaos that we pause long enough to notice that THIS isn’t how we want to spend our short life. It might be the stress you feel in your body, the discontent in your heart, the strained relationships, the exhaustion or even the lack of real joy.

You’re smart. You probably know what could help. You might have already tried a few things in the past..maybe even mindfulness. What I know is that knowledge isn’t enough. It makes you knowledgable…but, real transformation comes from immersion. This is an immersive experience. It’s a 6 week, group experience. The power of group, the power of immersion, the power of mindfulness and energy techniques. This is potentially the time everything begins to change…only now you take the wheel, with a clear knowing of the direction, whatever tunes you choose and a vehicle that knows how to handle all terrain with grace.

WHAT YOU GET

  • We start each week with an 75 min live zoom session (the good stuff) (recorded in case you can’t be there live)

  • FB Group for only our community to connect, share the journey and build relationships with likeminded folks

  • Thursday 30: 30 minute coaching (practices, Q&A, etc.)

  • There may be a special, surprise session thrown in and/or a few guided practices for you to access ;)

SESSIONS

  1. Mindfulness from the inside out: What really is mindfulness? We look at it physiologically, mentally and get real about life as it is.

  2. Mindful awareness: Learn the 9 essential attitudes of mindfulness, dive deep into the practice of one and get acquainted with the practice of mindful eating.

  3. At your best: We look at the science of productivity, the trifecta of a ‘break’ and simply ways to shift the state of your body.

  4. Communicate with purpose: (a fan favorite)…. Explore the practice of mindful communication and energy techniques for finding your voice.

  5. Magic mindset: Discover the difference between striving, non striving and going after your goals & how to achieve with more ease?

  6. Relax, refresh, reclaim: Time to integrate all our tools and our new way of being… and create a bigger vision!

Please note..this course is not right for you, right now, if any of the following are applicable:

  • You are currently experiencing a Major Depressive episode, a Psychotic episode, are having frequent panic attacks or are experiencing complicated grief, (please reach out if you have a current, active, other mental health diagnosis so we can be sure it is a good fit..or with any questions).

  • You have been hospitalized for mental health concerns or suicidal ideation or attempts in the last 90 days.

  • You have current suicidal ideation. Please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or text to 988 for support.

  • You are unable to attend (or watch within the same week), less than 4 of the 6 sessions.
